Taylor Momsen, an American actress and singer-songwriter born in St. Louis Missouri. Taylor Momsen is a singer-songwriter from America, model and actress who hails from St. Louis Missouri. Her most well-known role is Jenny Humphrey in the CW show Gossip Girl. Momsen's songs have been featured in films and television shows that include How to Be a Single and Going the Distance. Taylor Momsen was born on July 26 1993. she has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actress. She was a dancer in the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. At just three years old, she performed professionally in a Shake 'n Bake 1997 national television commercial. Momsens' career stopped for almost three years. After that, she was offered a leading role on her WB show Misconceptions. Momsen was also a part of Saving Shiloh 2006 during this period. Additionally, she auditioned to play the lead role for Hannah Montana. She was among the top 3, however, Miley got the role.
